Starter is 250 KÄŤ per month for each instructor who offers bookings, with a minimum of one and a maximum of four. Two instructors cost 500 KÄŤ per month. Business includes up to 10 instructors for 1,900 KÄŤ per month. Customers and admin-only accounts are not charged as instructors.
An event is one scheduled session, regardless of how many people attend. A class with 20 participants counts as one event and 20 enrollments. Each session of a recurring schedule or course counts separately in the calendar month when it takes place. Canceled sessions do not count. Room reservations also count toward the monthly event allowance. There is no separate enrollment cap; you set the capacity of each session. Custom includes unlimited events, customer accounts and enrollments. In Starter, room and event allowances scale with the number of paid instructors and are shared across the team: two instructors include 2 rooms and 100 events per month; four instructors include 4 rooms and 200 events per month.
Business adapts our standard booking-page layout to your brand using your logo, colours and typography. Custom includes an individually agreed design with bespoke layouts, pages and your own domain. Custom development and integrations are scoped and quoted separately.
Starter includes email help with a target first reply within three business days. Business gets priority email help with a target first reply within one business day. Custom adds a direct contact and calls by agreement. These are response targets during business days, not guaranteed resolution times or 24/7 support.

Starter and Business cover the listed product features and support. Bespoke design, data migration, integrations and custom development are agreed and quoted individually. We’ll confirm any one-time and ongoing costs before work starts. Custom can also include social login and SMS notifications by agreement. We’ll confirm supported services and the price per SMS before activation; SMS sending is not included in the monthly fee.
